Created in 2005, Fine Star Ltd. was a joint venture made between StarAsia Group and Annam Group. After three and half years of fast growth within this joint venture, StarAsia creates its own subsidiary in 2008 named StarAsia Cambodia. Involved in Mass, Masstige and Selective brands like Adidas, Davidoff, Lanvin or even Miss 60 nowadays StarAsia develops its own retail chain to upgrade the quality of perfumery shop in Cambodia.

With more than 70 experienced people, a warehouse of 800sqm and more than 700 POS within Cambodia, StarAsia continues the development of its distribution channels in order to reach all provinces of the Country by the end of 2009.
